Each time I list a home, the sellers and I agree on a 4-part customized Home Marketing Plan based on the home’s features and location, current market trends and the seller’s preferences. I refer to each marketing plan as my “job description” because it spells out the many actions I will take to help you sell your home.

Each Home Marketing Plan also contains a number of effective, proven marketing techniques that go above and beyond what most other Realtors are willing and able to offer you. Altogether, the customized marketing plan and specialized marketing strategies offer you the best possible chance of selling your home quickly and for top dollar!
